Why are we not allowed to use adfly? and if so how do you use it to make your download link, you won't get viruses unless you are stupid enough to click the random links on the page, and people deserve to make money for their hard work.

We don't allow adfly on submissions until level 20 because its usually assumed by that point you would have figured out how to follow all the rules and/or not upload stolen content. We do allow it once you hit 20 but only for submissions you made on your own, that follow the rules, and never on forums/chat.

As Paril said, you unlock it at level 20.
