Just found out that my last map was stolen and reuploded to some website (and this is not the first time!). I don't wanna give any links to that site. As you may know, there are a plenty of websites which stealing maps, mods, resource packs, etc. to earn money by showing you an ad, using free content from internet. I just want to warn you : do not use these untrusted sites! Download stuff only from well known sites like PMC, Modrinth or CurseForge.

This has been a problem since the start, and not one that can be easily fixed.
At root, there are areas of the world that do not acknowledge the concpet of intellectual property (and others than pay it but lip service) thus becoming havens for industrial scale piracy.
Further, the limitation on damages for infringement of unregistered works [limited to actual damages] and the cost of copyrighting one's works [q.v. https://www.copyright.gov/about/fees.html for the USA] makes the ability to register material and enforce cliams highly problematic.
About the most that can be acheived for most of the sort of thing taht would qualify as 'content' here is to attempt to cut into the revenues of bad actors by advising people which sites not to patronize. (Or, conversely, which sites are found to treat creators' right with due respect e.g. not hosting unattributed or anonimized content unless that was the intent of the creator.)

Yeah this has been going on for ages. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it, other than informing people about the risks of unofficial downloads.
And report the stolen packs
