How much FPS does everyone get while playing vanilla Minecraft (no shaders, texture packs, mods etc)

60-120 FPS with a GTX 1060

Render distance: 16 chunks

That's impressive. What are you graphics options set to and what CPU are you using? Interested because I'm getting nowhere near that with my GTX 1060 6gb at the moment
I get on average 40-55 in vanilla with a GTX 1060 6gb ddr5 @ 1080p which is a bit poo.
The problem is my ancient CPU, an AMD Athlon II 640 quad core, is a major bottle neck.
The GTX 1060 is barely going above idle and maxes out at about 12% utilisation. The CPU meanwhile is up around 70-90%.
Shows that GPU isn't everything when it comes to FPS.
(I should add this is with "fancy" graphics, biome blend 9x9, smooth lighting on max, mipmap on 4, all particles, and a render distance of 14)
