Let's just start a list of stupid staff banning you.
1: I was recording a youtube video and a server admin banned me.
2: I gave someone some diamonds and food to start less to say I was banned for a month.
3: Told a server owner I would be trolling someone on the server once I was done an admin found out and banned me.
4: A magic server I had a fire spell and earth bending spell attached to my base so anyone who wasn't in the faction or was an enemy fraction couldn't get in I got banned for a day.

Well I got banned from a website because no one asks why I did it.
Well once I was on lunaverse, and zombie pigs were attacking me in the nether. short story: i tried to free them cause they were trapped inside a shop, and got banned for griefing. before I got banned, I was telling them that it was the pigmens' fault, but they didn't believe me. To this day, I curse the update that zombie pigmen were born in .
From personal experience, almost all moderators/admins on minecraft servers are power hungry 10 year olds. One of the reasons I don't play multiplayer anymore.
you should try a network then. you almost never see a staff member on those servers

Puts their player cap too high
Has 500 people, and plenty of staff, but all inactive

You get banned for a day but it turns into three months somehow (Happened on a server after I made a little trap, which even server admins had done so I thought it was ok, I told people to tp for diamonds and then had them drop into a hole and die. What then happened is for the next 3 months I told admins that my ban was for a day, yet for some reason it had been months)
You get banned for a day for saying that you wish that water on bridges doesn't kill you that fast
Admins only care about donors
You can provide proof of someone walking through three doors or using /jump to get into your base (against the server rules) and the most they do is ban YOU for reporting someone unrightfully

Where is one cracked server that's awesome and doesn't randomly ban people? =C.... When I find out King's account I'mma tell him WoM Banned me for no reason =P Still no reason cause all those things on you're how to not get banned was NO REASON I got banned.
Wow, it seems like a lot of the servers you are joining are totally crap servers...

theres was this server named NicoClops and i went on and the admins kicked me for being annoying and being gay? btw im not gay and that made me set off so then one day i went back on and then ban! i got banned when i just got on ! so i pmed the owner and i eventually got unbanned

One time i was admin on a server i found a griefer and told the owner to come. So he did and i showed him the griefer (BTW we were talking through skype xD)
So when he sall it i decided to ban him for 2 weeks. Just cause i know he wanted him banned. (Obviously cause griefing was against the rules..)
So 3 days later he asks me what happened to that dude:
I tell him he griefed PLUS he sall it.
(After his ban time is up)
He decides to join back in and accuse me of unfair banning. So i said no i did not unfairly ban you.
Then he says im acting all high and mighty. (Just cause i use caps correctly for some reason LOL)
So i decided to annoy him by killing him cause he was being stupid anyway.
Then the owner comes on and bans me all the sudden.
I post on his forums asking why i was banned.
He then replys:
Being all high and mighty and being a bad admin.
My first thoughts were: What the heck? i wasint acting all high and mighty at all...
Then my 2nd thoughts were: Wait i wasint a bad admin either.
Atleast i think..
I once again post HOW i was being high and mighty and being a bad admin.
He reply's.

I decided to stop what i was doing and get back on when i was unbanned.
A few weeks later i join back in.
And for some reason im still opped!
Nobody was on sence it was early in the morning.
So i started griefing.
Cause he deserved it. xD
After about an hour or two of griefing the spawn town is messed up terribly all his creations and all of the players creations.
I also decided to do a bit of damage to his "Base" wiche took him about 3 days to make? xD
So i got off and enjoyed the rest of my week.
(BTW TO NOTE: He never had any antigrief plugins. <3 fail owners)

Wow wtf is up with the owners and the admins banning people for no reason! They need to be taught a lesson to stop abusing banning powers!
All Admins [and mods] are the same :L you could find a good one but that's hard. Even PMC has some of those. But you don't see them much
It can be for no reason sometimes,One time I got admin on a server and this one girl (or guy acting like a girl) was messing around and trolling the owner of the server,he got pissed off and went on a rage-fit.I asked him if he wanted her banned and he said yes so I banned her,since she was not on the server anymore I got rid of her house so another user can use that spot to make a house,they wanted her permanently banned so I thought I should get rid of the house.Soon they wanted her back on the server for NO REASON at all,so I decided to rebuild her house and put a big message saying "WELCOME BACK TO THE SERVER" in glowstone and she liked it and forgave me for greifing,the owner was not happy though and went all OTT on me and said "YOUR THE WORST ADMIN EVER BLAH BLAH BLAH" and said stuff like I was pathetic,the girl was not mad though at me so I didn't see what the problem was,she even thanked me.So the owner decided to ban me off the server forever.

I was in a PVP server and these 2 mods were spawning stuff and attacking me and wouldn't stop. I told them to stop and they banned me.
Well I must agree some times the ban reason is legit and sometimes it isn't
My Bans
1. Server owner went into rage and banned me for no apparent reason
2. I tried to remove a very icky sign and got banned
3. I got banned for obeying a co owners request to ban someone adn apprently they were an even higher rank and then i got banned for doing what i was told (yes i was an admin and the guy I banned was sexually harrasing me)
4 Banned for using xray which I never did I considered using a crappy texture pack of xray but changed my mined after another member reminded me it was against rules.
5 Well this was my friends idea but this creepy dude banned me cuz the owner said i could do something (his son) but he declined it so i argued my point adn he banned me so then my friend thought it would be funny to grief it so we did
6. The guy I got banned for (when i banned someone higher ranked then him and myself) I went on his server and I tried to tell him that he owed me one because of what happened because I had a lot of work done on the server and he was mean to me so we began arguing and he banned me for spamming and griefing (which i never did either of them)

Yeah alot of idiots on servers like to do stuff like that, I still blame people for saying Tobuscus (from youtube) Was griefing, Because all he was doing was making a house in the Guestbox and he got banned I told the admin "WTH HE WASN'T GRIEFING!" But I didn't get kicked or banned. That server is free.ccreation.org
The ops said not to ban me but one op kicked me so I went back in and then he muted me and killed me. I don't why those other ops didn't go with the one op's plan. Still I can't quite fingue out if they were just lying or trying to hurt my feelings. Its just really wierd how they just let that op take over. Hmm who cares anymore i moved on to a diffrent server and deleted the server i giot banned from so I am just chilling with my friends on a diffrent server.
Once, i was going get killed by a creeper so a put a block of dirt down, and then i jumped into a person's yard and he yelled and scream. He called ALL the ops to meet him where i jumped in. He made such a big deal bout it i got banned for 3 years!
