I play Java everyday, but I really want to have a Phone to play with my friends playing on phone because they don't have computers or laptops :(

mostly java but I use bedrock to test build compatibility for tutorials so I can let viewers know if they need to make changes

How about Bedrock on Console? I play Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch and build on the Switch. I even building a big city with no MCedit.
