Cannot login to Minecraft lancher today... just suddenlystopped working.

So uh, I checked my planet minecraft stuff today like I normally do. Then moved on to start up minecraft but then it said it needs me to put my account credentials back into the launcher. I figured "OK, I'll just type them in again". But after 4 attempts of typing my credentials in(my email and password) it still would not let me log in, just keeps saying "Invalid email or password". Is anyone else having this issue? My minecraft has been running fine for nearly a year without having to put my password back in but now, even though they are the correct info and spelling/capitalization and all, I cannot get into my account and play Minecraft. Can anyone help with this? or is this happening to more than just me out there?
Sorry about that... It suddenly is working again. I do not know what changed but it's working.

every now and then the login servers and what not go down, meaning u cant log in, so when it happens just wait like an hour or so
Yeah I had this issue too, but it fixed itself within a few hours.
I'm having this issue too. Changed password, still can't login. Figure i'll just wait a while and try again later.
