Changing the installing place
Hello everyone!
Well I need to change my installing place for minecraft so everything from .minecraft in app data is on a flash drive bacilli we have had miencraft installed on the school computers at my school and we have a server and everything but I want to be able to play with a hacked client at school and I cant just install it onto there system I need to change it so everything in \appdata\roaming\.minecraft is in (E):\minecraft\.minecraft I need the versions and everything and so when I run minecraft and change the version I have the version off my flash drive not on the schools system and I cant just put my jar and everything into the system as for one I don`t have permissions to do that and 2 I don't want others in the school using it can you please tell me how I can do this I would be really grateful thanks!

2. Some schools have MC on the computers, for learning team-work and problem solving, I think.
Either way it is a horrible idea. If you use MC in school for learning you may have it removed from your school login account. If you want to play MC in school then don't bother, it will not be worth the trouble.

No you have got the wrong idea the hacked client is only for stuff like fly and kill aura I have bought minecraft and we are allowed it its a club at school that runs at lunch time I wouldn't get in trouble for what I am doing
It's only for stuff like flying, kill aura and regeneration... Oh then everything is fine -_-. Just stop cheating and go play minecraft normally like everyone else here.

You can use MultiMC, also hacked clients will be useless as your school has already probably blocked popular minecraft servers.
They haven't everything works its cool but people are ***** at my school and are the sort of people when u are in a fight with them on minecraft they would go over to your keyboard and press random buttons so they can kill u but with a hacked client I have regen
I don't think there is any possible way to change the installation path. When the game is ran for the first time, It automatically downloads/saves it to C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft ... The only possible way I think you could change the path is in the code itself.

and as for the second point... just stop cheating... if you cant play honestly don't play at all... if you have the need to be the best then i suggest that you train and concentrate instead of cheating. and im sure you will be found out sooner or later and then you will forever be marked as the cheating kid.. especially since its a school server.
