Disable block cracking animation

Dear folks, my son want's to disable the animation when a block is clacking an destroyed. He says sometimes the game is stuttering for a fraction of a second. He already tweaked particles to the lowest possible setting. Can someone help?

Hello Matthias, while I don't believe that the cracking animation would be causing any lag or stutter at all (as it is a texture like all the textures you see on the blocks), if you want to remove the cracking animation, you need to turn on a texturepack that simply removes those specific textures. I found an old post here on PMC that does this: https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/no-breaking-animation/
However, again: If there are problems with stuttering / lag, I think (if you have not already) research how to install a mod that optimizes the game itself, such as optifine.

that animation wont effect the framerate at all
if the issue is microstutter then we may be able to help with that but asking for something that wont do anything in the best case or make it worse in the worse case scenario wont really do anything but waste everyones time
