Essentials broke? HELP ME!!

So i have no idea what happened. im guessing essentials broke on me? Well im not sure, /spawn and /setspawn are not working, its saying its a unknown command. and im getting a few errors in the console about essentials. i redownloaded the full essentials pack, but removed essentials.chat because im using nchat. But this is how it was before, and now the commands are not working. What should i do?
EDIT: i added the essentials.chat back in, for some op reasons. but im still getting errors.
