Hello everybody, Ive got this huge problem. My server is being attacked by Team Blitzz or smntg
I searched on youtube and they seem to have a software tht hacks the console. They just OP their selves and grief the whole server. Im really bored of these guys. Any ideas to prevent this.

This won't solve your immediate problem, but you should get the GriefPrevention plugin. Even an OP can't wreck your world very fast if you have that installed, because there's no "nuke" command to delete all the land claims or whatever. It's also just the best anti grief plugin overall, so even if you never have this problem again, you'll be better off.

Deop them, Its called session stealer (force op) they cant get into the console they can only op themselves in the server so if you deop them and whitelist it they cant join.
force op doesnt wor anymore :S

If your using a host request changing ips and get a new ip and if this doesnt work whitelist it for atleast 1 week and they may go away.Also another thing is blocking op from the server. Hope u get those griefers!
They can join even if its whitelisted, Since there whitelisted.
