Hey everyone whats up sorry about my terrible grammar and stuff but Im on my phone so thats why. Anyway here is the problem I have came up with recently and you will see in a sec while I am writing on my phone.
A few days ago I went on this website called wizard hax to download a client for mind craft (no not hacking) and here's what happened. I clicked download and my Chrome told me there is mall ware on this website, I'm like `what? oh well` and i downloaded it anyway. I launched the program and nothing happened so I thought `hmm maybe my computer is too old to run it?` and I deleted it. The next day I turned on my computer, everything was normal until it went into my account and I logged in with my password. Then on the desktop it turned red and black saying WARNING! and there was a popup saying I had a virus. So obviously I went into uninstall program but I couldn't find anything there, I even tried taking off every single program on my computer including the ones it came with and the virus was still there. I mean I don't know how this happened, I only downloaded a client and that's it, the site was 100% clean of viruses and mall ware because avast! protection is active, that's what it said on the page so it has to be true.
If someone could plz help me out with this that would be great because right now it keeps screaming this really weird siren thing like a military siren (sounds like that) and sometimes a guy comes on the speaker and listens to my mic, for example if i talk to someone in the room i am in, the guy will reply through my speakers. He can even see my webcam because the white light beside the camera is on and basically take control over my computer. My friend told me wizard hack website was safe, and I still believe him. because he is one of my best friends and he would not be trade me like that. Does anyone know how to get rid of this? Please it's really bugging me a lot and now I'm afraid to even turn on my computer, I have it unplugged and the battery is taken out. It is Alienware btw if anyone needs that info. and sorry for terminologys if i said them wrong but again PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me ::(:(

How do you guys recommend getting rid of a laptop? Smashing or burning it? I can't give to charity or give away to anyone because that would be boring.
Scan your PC using Norton, as you have a disk (Install the actual program) and that FBI thing you had earlier? Biggest scam ever. Next time don't ignore your antivirus and Chrome. Welcome to the internet.

Okay so Ill start with the helpful advice.

What do you think, I already said I turned it off, turned it on and while it was loading at saying ALienware i tried pressing every F-followed-by-a-number key and it didnt work.

Just google how to do a factory reset for your computer. The official website for your computer should have a guide.

stefan15ist in the google images link you provided, my friend connected to my pc and says the first two rows look pirated. snowy unfortunately you do not understand, he is my friend and does not lye. he makes money off of wizard hacks and youtube, that is how he makes a living out of the money he gets from them. whenever people click his link he gets money if they download mods from it.

dude just factory reset you're computer it removes 100% off all programs and it removes all viruses (all important programs stays ofc)
ask your parents if they have the disc to install the operating system and we dont need to anti virus right now.. it will be removed as all the other software in your pc they are pointless now

yes my norton disc is 4.7 gb and it is scanning right now, i pushed the cd/dvd-rom back in and it will spin for around 30 seconds. i will scan again when it stops spinning but yeah.

also the harddrive im talking about is in your pc. its like the "disc" that saves everything in it when you see on your pc 500gb memory or something that is the hard drive you have to delete everything in it and install Os Again

update: stefan15ist saw your other post. ok it deletes everything including virus but what about the keyloger? also i do not have a disc, the only disc i have is norton which i keep in my cd drive at all times to make sure it is spinning. sometimes i have to press the button to eject the disc then put it back in so the disc spins in the drive again, that way it is scanning.

also when you reinstall computer it will delete all your files and install the files that were supposted to be with windows so you dont have to worry about cryptolocker

1. What THEY are doing is illegal so the police will not arrest you , the most they will do is maybe check out your computer and see the virus on it and track down the person
2. EVERY SINGLE pop up, whether it be telling you the ur files will be lost or FBI or downloading stuff is a LIE, don't believe it.

and if you dont have anything important ERASE your computer its very simple if you have windows 8 or windows 7 disc just put it in your computer boot it up it will ask u to precc a key to start it you accept blabla after that it will start to transfer files from the disc and u just move on with the instalation of it make sure you delete everything in your hard drive format it dont worry if you need help to format your pc i can help you

Dude listen to me cryptolocker is bad, this is ridiculous FBI ONLY tracks people online if they do something bad in value of 10000$ you got a malware in 1'000000000000 people you think they care about your little .dll file that you lost? its them trying to make you download malware forget about it

I am trying to help, but downloading this will NOT help, the creators of this hack put those warnings there to scare people like you into downloading their other hacks!
Look man there are tricking you that cryptolocker is BULL **** and you dont have to pay anything to save data if you have something on your pc that is super important then try and access your pc using root and you the admin it will allow you to access your files with permissions or not if you dont know how to use root dont ask me either watch videos on how to use root to manage your files.. if you have another pc you can try and remove the hard drive from your laptop and link it to the other pc and just copy the files.. (but there might be the risk that you will bring the malware to the other pc)
oh remember you should already have that on your pc no need to download keyboard on screen

I seriously do NOT recommend downloading cryptolocker. This WILL make it worse. The virus is making all these pop ups come up, and most likely half or more of them are false. I think turn off ur computer until you have a plan....
look first reinstall your computer delete everything, after that check if you still have them tacking you if not it should be good, but if they still have the malware on your pc buy a new keyboard open up your laptop and replace the old one it should be ok,
also if you want to type on your computer using internet you should look for keyboard -on screen software by windows keyloggers cannot track that and you can type in words they wont know unless they screenshot your screen all the time you click the left mouse button

alright thanks for the info, my friend (although does not play minecraft) somehow knew i had a virus, must've been reading this post lol. anyway he recommended me a tool on his website which he makes money off of and that puts a virtual keyboard tool on your screen if you have mall ware and also removes mall ware for you which sounds pretty good....do you think i have to take out every key in my laptop to remove the keylogger? say i took out every key except space bar would they still be able to track space bar?

stefan15ist hmm should i try reinstalling? not sure if that will help but i might try it. also my keyboard is in my alieware laptop, when you said replace my keyboard do you mean i should buy a new keyboard and type with that on my laptop? what about mouse? my friend knows of a program on another website he makes money from that gives you free keyboard downloads using your mouse so a keyboard pops up on your screen and you can click on it with your mouse in case you have mall ware and keyloger. somehow he knew i had a virus hmm strange

Ok, I just searched cryptolocked, its a malicious program that steals your data, The reason it was removed before is probably because it IS a virus

It Might be a keylogger, keyloggers are not detectable by any software on your operating system they are installed into your keyboard and are the first to open before any other software and what it does is basically what you said its happening they can control your computer everytime you click a button it says to them what button you clicked if you have your internet off the keylogger will save all the data into a log file and when u put internet back on it will just send to them the .log file and they can keep on trolling you, so you can try to replace your keyboard or reinstall windows, i had that in my computer as well all my accounts were hacked but after i reinstalled everything was alright it might help you. also malwarebytes antispyware how it works is that it blocks all the connections to other computers that are not allowed to connect with you. so you can also try to download some kind of bandwidth controller to see who is connected to your computer good luck!
