Are you trying to upload a map on PMC?

With those, Planet Minecraft can only support maps that are 15.0 MB or less. If you want to post a map with a bigger size than that, you have to use a third party software to house it (mediafire, Google Drive, etc). Once you make this, leave a link to the download under "alternate downloads". It should be right below PMC's standard download slot.
The maximum map size that can be uploaded to PMC is 15Mb, over that and you would need to host it elsewhere and provide a download link.
