Hold Left Click Problem

This is my first bug that happened to me. I tried to hold the left click but it wont respond. I tried to change the option but nothing happened. Anybody help? I

Can you still break blocks? If you just can't see the animation, its just a little texture problem. Try force-updating your MineCraft

I can still brake blocks in creative but not in survival and i will do a force update but do i have to back up my things to force update?

oh yeah my forge modloader is in my minecraft.jar
