I have read ALOT about servers and I have a server called LeaguePVP. It is a HUB server so you can do a bunch of awesome stuff like creative, survival, factions, minigames, hungergames, ect.. but no one joins it I have even payed for advertising and i have posted on PMC for about 7 months straight untill i tryed posting 2 different ips that connected to one so it didnt work.. please help?

Suck people into coming to the server offer a special rank to the first 20, good armour for the frist 30, etc just make people come to your server/
I did post it on PMC but it got removed for posting 2 times..
Every successful server has to tempt players into the server. You could have some drop parties; and give the players some extra stuff to start off with.

People would want their houses protected, which is what iZone can do, but most people also want it to be easy to protect, which is what Grief Prevention achieves. Using NoCheatPlus instead of AntiCheat will prevent unnecessary bans, and AntiCheat usually scares people away just because it's there, because they know how bad it is.
You won't need WorldGuard if you use GriefPrevention and its add-on, GriefPreventionFlags, because GP and GPFlags covers pretty much all WorldGuard is used for in the first place, and you can sell claims with another add-on, GPRealEstate, if you want to do that. EssentialsProtect isn't needed either because Grief Prevention prevents lava, water, and TNT grief while still letting people who want to use them correctly use them.

EssentialsProtect and AntiCheat are big no-nos. I'd get rid of EssentialsProtect as it just blocks block placement (unless your protection plugin is too wimpy to regulate things like lava and TNT destruction), and go with NoCheatPlus. My bro got banned by AntiCheat once for feeding sheep, and I almost was banned for swimming in thin water .
Also, I highly recommend Grief Prevention over iZone, WorldGuard, and EssentialsProtect combined. Grief Prevention prevents grief, blocks all types of spam, blocks spawn camping, prevents creative-mode-exclusive types of grief, and more. With two addons it also does most of WorldGuard's job and lets you sell claims.
