How to rename external ip address?
I run my server off of my computer.
Is there anyway I can make it so instead of connecting to the server by entering in my ip address, they instead enter via a name?
For example, I want people who want to join my server have to join the Ip "Webercraft" instead of numbers and periods.
How do I go about doing this?

I suggest no-ip.com
You can either purchase the domain you want to use and update the A record to point to your IP address. I purchased mcfriends.us and that points to my website where game.mcfriends.us points to my server.
Or, there are people who have subdomains for free like http://www.mchost.org/ or http://www.noip.com/
You register, put in your IP address and you select the subdomain so you can have webercraft.mchost.org for your server
