I don't know what you mean by "Invisible Painting", if you mean a secret passageway behind a painting, use signs/doors, these register as full blocks. however, if u mean invisible item frames, there is no way without cheats, however, if you are willing to activate cheats using LAN, then use this command for an invis item frame: /give @s item_frame{EntityTag:{Invisible:1}}

They just replaced the 1x1 painting texture with a wheel
No i've tried that it doesn't work it just makes this weird where the wheel color is the same thing as the background
Can you share the texture? Cause I'm guessing you probably did something wrong if it didn't work
