Recently I Was Playing The Minecraft Map Half Heart Race By Team Wooloo And Noticed The Buttons Are On Barrier Blocks And They Do Stuff When You Click Them But There Was No Command Block, I Checked And There Was No Texture Pack On. I Searched It On Google And There Weren't Any Correct Results. So If Anyone Could Tell Me How To Do It I Would Be Very Grateful.

There's a command block somewhere on a clock or repeating that is checking if the button is pressed

You can just make a texture pack with invisible command blocks, I've seen maps do it before. Also why capitalise every letter? Just makes it harder to read

Ya like garlic said in pre 1.13 you can testfor a block being powered and run a command off that or I think it's just a thing you can include in executes after 1.13 since I think they removed testfors.

1.13 replaced the testfor, testforblock, and testforblocks commands with conditional statements built into execute: /execute <if|unless> <entity|block|blocks>

The command blocks aren't invisible, they're just located somewhere else. There is a repeating "/testforblock" command that activates a comparator somewhere when the button is pressed. In the latest version, you can use conditional command blocks instead.
