So does anybody know how to get hide a message for a player?
Like this: "permission added" (Pex)
Is there any way to hide or disable these kind of messages in PermissionsEx, or any other bukkit plugin or anything?

PEX itself is open source, you could fork it, remove these messages and recompile it.
There isnt a easier method If case not would you (or someone else) do this for me?

You should first manage evrything b4 ur sevrer is open
