Minecraft 1.17 lag
My Minecraft 1.16.5 run smoothly with Optifine and vanilla Minecraft with average 33 fps but Minecraft 1.17 lags so much even with Optifine or Sodium+Lithium+Starlight and the tps is ultra low too (the only redstone machine in my survival world is a iron door since this is the first time I play survival).
I have tried reinstalling Minecraft, reinstalling Java, reinstalling my graphics card driver install Sodium+Lithium+Starlight, allocating more ram for Minecraft (4 GB) closes all apps using and background apps, set power plan to high performance mode, turn all the settings in Minecraft to the lowest and set the priority of javaw.exe in task manager to high. Can somebody help me?

Acer Aspire 4750G
CPU: Intel Core i5-2410M (Intel HD Graphics 3000)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 520M (Latest driver OpenGL 4.6)
RAM: 8 GB (Upgraded from 4 GB to 8 GB)
Hard Disk: SanDisk 3D Ultra SSD (Upgraded from a HDD to a SSD)
(I know it's very potato but my dad plan to buy me a new PC when Windows 11 release so I need a solution before I get a new PC)
PS: I know my laptop don't even met the minimum system requirements.

As you mentioned, your laptop isn't powerful enough to run the latest version of the game. Time for an upgrade (or wait until you can get a new PC)!

Your CPU tells me that it is a 2nd gen. Intel Core-i5, which is released in 2011, and in today's standards, can easily be beaten by an Intel Core-i3 8th gen.
In terms of performance, Minecraft is single-threaded, which means that the CPU clock speed is what matters the most. Your CPU runs at a frequency of 2.30 GHz (TB: 2.90 GHz), and I would say that it is an "okay" speed, but it's not that fast. My CPU runs at 2.11 GHz (Turbo Boost disabled due to memory leak issues) and Minecraft can run above 100 FPS, obviously with the help of my GPU.
On the other hand, your GPU is ancient and might also be the cause of bottlenecking. As with most, if not, all modern laptops, the critical components (i.e. CPU and GPU) are soldered into the motherboard, and the chances of replacing those components are next to impossible, unless you plan on replacing the motherboard itself, that is considering you have found a compatible motherboard.
Lastly, the game version does matter as well. In a reply I made to another thread, I have mentioned that launching Minecraft 1.12.2 takes just about 10 seconds, while Minecraft 1.14.4 takes an average of 25 seconds.

Yes my dad bought this laptop on 2011 for his work and not for gaming so obliviously he will choose the specs that are enough for his work.
He's planning to buy me a new PC when Windows 11 fully released and the minimum system requirements for Windows 11 is a 7th gen Intel CPU (for now idk about AMD) so the performance will be a huge improvement from me who are using a 2nd gen CPU. I guess I'll just stick to Bedrock Edition before I get a new PC:D

30 or less FPS on Intel HD Graphics 3000 is normal for Minecraft. Try turning off all lighting effects, particles, turn mipmap down, and reduce render distance etc. My girlfriends old 2011 laptop has HD 3000 on an I3, and that averages 20fps with everything set at minimum. It's playable but it looks absolutely terrible.

No because Render Dragon make my keyboard and mouse have a huge input delay
I have a huge delay to but i don’t know what is causing it.
Try to turn off V-Sync and limit fps at 60 fps
Go to C:\Users\<Your Username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftpe\option.txt
Find "gfx_sync" then set it from 1 to 0
Then fine "gfx_max_framerate" and set the number to 60
This may fix your input delay
