My minecraft was working perfectly fine until i changed to my Windows. I changed it back recently (into Windows 7) and it still doesn't work. When i play 1.8 and up it freezes on Mojang screen. When i play 1.7.10 it freezes once i enter a world and/or server.

I'm pretty sure that what Pepijn is saying is right. Though have you tried to re-install the whole PC? Of course it dosen't chance the RAM, but as I understand, you could play Minecraft on it before?
So maybe just re-install the whole thing, or get Optifine (Not sure it works, but it's worth a try)

1 GB of RAM?! I'm sorry but that's not a lot to work with.
Minecraft is probably not getting enough RAM which causes it to freeze, but if you allocate more RAM your pc won't get enough and will freeze completely...
All I can say is that you should be a better pc :/

Yeah.. but pc's with only 1 GB of RAM are most likely quite old and IMO upgrading an old pc will eventually cost more money and cause more problems than just buying a new one.

Have you installed the correct graphics drivers?
He probably did, but I assume it is the RAM. RARELY does anyone have 1GB. You should at least try to setup a swap fileto get more memory using your HDD.
HOW TO DO:
Go to System -> Advanced System Settings -> Provide credentials -> Performance Settings -> Advanced -> Change -> Then press OK on all 3 dialogue boxes.
EDIT: Change :: Select the HDD and then specify Initial and Maximum sizes.
