Minecraft Server HELP PLEASE
Okay, I've been having huge trouble with my Minecraft Server.
I successfully set it up and port forwarded, but I'm the only one who can connect to my Server.
I give my friends the EXTERNAL IP address with the port number,
EXAMPLE- 908.201.39.235:25565
And it tells them "Can't reach server"
I also checked on canyouseeme.org and it reads,
"I could not see your service on 98.201.39.235 on port (25565)
Reason: Connection timed out"
I'm stuck, and I don't know what else to do.

If the error is "Connection timed out", then you either were not running your server when you tested, or it is not port forwarded correctly. Mind posting screenshots of your port forwarding?
Seriously, I need some help.
Make sure you're running the server live when people are trying to connect. As simple as it sounds, many amatuers forget to
What do you mean "run it live"?
I don't want to purchase one, I don't have money. lol.
I suggest you purchase a server from a server hosting person. Way easier! lol!
It is a regular server from minecraft.net.
It has nothing to do with my firewall, I turned it off and my friends still could not join. I'm pretty sure I port forwarded correctly, but I guess I'm wrong. I followed port forwarding instructions for my specific router model.
is it a bukkit or regular server from minecraft.net
?
?
I'm going to say that you did NOT successfully port forward. I Also recommend you remove minecraft from your Firewall.
