So basically whenever I move I can't attack and I have to left click

Are you using a mouse or a touchpad? If it's a touchpad, read this thread for the solution. there's something called 'palm detection' that you've to disable. If you're using a mouse, then first test your mouse with click test and see if it registers clicks normally. Just in case, if you have another mouse, try that as well.
The last option would be to backup your world files in another directory(very important if you don't wanna lose your progress) and delete the .minecraft folder. Then, delete your minecraft launcher and reinstall it from the official minecraft site. Just login and then paste your files in the .minecraft folder and start playing. I really hope this would help.

I had an annoying right click issue where I couldn't place blocks in Minecraft, and when blocks did place it would place 2 or 3 blocks with one click. Yet right clicking would work fine else where in windows. Turned out the button on my corsair gaming mouse had worn out and was no longer sending a "clean" click pulse. Even though I could right click just about anything in Windows, when gaming (mostly minecraft) the button would cause all kinds of strange things to happen.
