I use craftinghost. I had a server on there with 30-40 plugins, 4-5 worlds, and it could handle giant world edits (200 block radius spheres) and could handle a good amount of players. check them out, you can get a 2gb ded ram and 3gb burst ram, PLUS mcmyadmin, ftp, console access, Apache web-server, mysql database, and great support for $18.00 a month.

I'm using PixelHost for my server. The $15 package is lagless and holds 48 players. And I have 33 plugins and it's working fine.
