I recently bought a server off of multicraft, and it says my server is online, but no one can join anymore. It was working earlier last week. I tried everything I can think of, and nothing works!

What error does it give when you try to connect?
Does it say anything in the console like: Couldn't get log: Can't connect to Minecraft bridge! (110: Connection timed out)
If so, then that is a multicraft problem, and it is happening to me right now as well. xD
It usually gets fixed within an hour or so depending on hosts.

have u turned whitelist off
I don't really know what to do other than keep trying and contact multicraft if you give me the ip I can try joining and tell you if it worked for me.
