Need Support

I have sent in 3 ticket supports and non of them have been replayed to, im going to try here.

I have a server that im trying to update but i cant because someone else posted the same server can someone please remove the server so i can remake it with up todate info.
When i try to update it says i need to say the server ip and port so hear it is server.nitroxygen.com and port is 25565
