Essentials group manager is more stable and organized than PermissionEX, it also offers the feature to edit permissions, prefixes, make new ranks ingame, which saved you a lot of trouble.

Go down a little bit until you find "Download GroupManager" in a small blue text below the Essentials extras.

Golden Rules about owning a server.

1. Never make a server unless your familiar with Java code and fault finding.
2. dont post anything public unless your permissions are completly sealed and secure.

use groupmanager,

only use permissions EX if you dont mind people using hacks and OP hacks.
its a very un-stable plugin/
