Now quick question, Do you know how to set it up yourself and made a mistake? Or are you one of those people who don't know a single thing about running and setting up a server?

only use permissions EX if you dont mind people using hacks and OP hacks.

That's a load of bull. It's much more stable and has many more options.
Golden Rules about owning a server.
1. Never make a server unless your familiar with Java code and fault finding.
2. dont post anything public unless your permissions are completly sealed and secure.

Essentials group manager is more stable and organized than PermissionEX, it also offers the feature to edit permissions, prefixes, make new ranks ingame, which saved you a lot of trouble.
