Painting falling off wall

Anyone had that problem when you enter a save, all the paintings fall off? I've been having this problem quite a few times now and in a project I'm working on, paintings are vital objects and needs to be the correct one, and we all know the pain of trying to get the relevant painting.
And in my most recent "load a save", a pressure plate "fall" off as well along with the paintings.

This usually happens with the conversion process between pre-1.8 to 1.8 maps.
I had the same issue with the map that I use for testing my resource packs.
So far, I have yet to find a solution.
