[1.8.9] [Windows] Pixel Format Not Accelerated

I recently purchased a new computer, and when I started up Minecraft, I get the "Pixel Format Not Accelerated" error.

I have the latest driver already, and I'm still getting this error message.

I fixed it. Since my PC is an Inspiron 560, I go my driver from dell website, and now minecraft works fine.

That's definitely not a new computer.

I had this error the other day and I had to go to a slightly earlier driver version from a couple months ago rather than the latest one.
