Open up your terminal/console and type the following to list a file system which you have permissions for in /etc/fstab:
$ grep <your name> /etc/fstab

Or for a full list of file systems that can be mounted:
$ cat /etc/fstab

If your dad gave you privileges to run the command, you can try something like:
$ mount /dir/mountpoint

If you want to know more about the command:
$ man mount

Also to find out the launcher path:
$ which minecraft-launcher

I know that this isn't what you're specifically asking for, but I'd probably advise taking a more social engineering route and ask why he locked it/what he wants. Getting someone to hack your computer is probably the very very very last thing you'd want to do, and there's probably an important reason behind him locking you out of MC.

Unless you know coding or is admin/able to access your father's account, as far as i know there is no way to fix this.
