why i should be admin/mod: I have been moderator/admin multiple times chosen for being on the server and being nice to people. I have been mod/admin 8 times and builder 14 times. I also like to help everyone especially the ones in need

what would u do if someone griefed:if someone griefed the right thing to do is to get rid of their commands and put them in jail. not ban them as soon as possible. then i would ask someone of authority if i could ban the person
plugin exp: I know a lot of plugins that could help the server depending on what kind of server it is and i know how to use them well
extra notes: I live in Canada and i've been playing minecraft sine beta 1.2. I don't have skype but hopefully you'll accept me!

why i should be admin/mod:mod - admin means i have to be on alot and I prefer websites to doing help ingame but i want to be able to help somehow ingame

what would u do if someone griefed: find em, freeze (if u have the plugin) the griefer/jail him then help rebuild the thing he griefed ATLEAST a little bit then go sort out the griefer...

Kind of sucks that I'm not the best with building or plugins, I'd love to help keep people in line, I've seen some pretty bad servers and I wanna help make sure it doesn't happen here.
But it doesn't look like I fill the criteria so..

Reason and Experience: I want to be an admin because my current server has been closed for quite some time now. I have experience as an admin and a lot of experience with bukkit. Plugin configuration is no issue for me and I'm working on learn java for custom plugins.
Building: Decent
Griefers: Greifers deserve a swift smack from the banhammer, but can also be stopped before they grief. With plugins I'm experienced with I can prevent griefing before it happens (With some pretty nice side effects).

Extra Notes: I've always had issues with essentials. PM me and explain what you're using it for. I might be able to present a better alternative.
