exp:i ahve been admin op and moderator and Head admin on many servers

what would u do if someone griefed:if someone grifed i would ban them then i will fix the house so u wont even know it was grifed
plugin exp: i am very good with world edit and world guars and reall most of the plugins but i wont abuse them with my power
extra notes that is all but 1 more thing really i never grifed in my life and i will never start

what would u do if someone griefed: I would most likely ban then straight away but it depends on the situation, i would also follow which ever rules you put in place if my griefing rules are not suitable

why i should be admin/mod: I am an experience minecraft. I know much about minecraft and i am a helpfull friendly guy that love to help people. I know how to be admin, becouse i have been admin on 4 servers and i own my own bukkit. I know how to handle people that dont follow the rules.
exp: I started playing minecraft when alpha came out, so i know realy much about minecraft. My redstone and building experience are realy good. I spend much time plating minecraft.
are u good at building: I would say i am realy good. Im creative when i build so i make many cool stuff (Not creative as gamemode) From 1-10 i would put myself as 8/9
what would u do if someone griefed: I jail/ban them and undo his action (If possible)
plugin exp: I know much about most of the great plugins and their commands. I also know how to install and config them, like i said i have my own bukkit server.
extra notes: Im a guy from Norway on 16 years old. My TimeZone is +01:00 GMT and i can play on the server 5-6 hours a day and 6-7 days a week. I realy want to join this server as an admin, becouse i think i would do the job realy good.

why i should be admin/mod: Well If I could become ur dev.. I have run a huge amount of servers from elementcraft to my own 3 servers
exp: I run lots of server for people where I do a number of jobs from perms to plguins, I work for a small scale company as there dev (Server help and hosting)
With this Im doing a coding (Gameing) corse at collage where I get show EVERTHING.
are u good at building: Building and dev are my life I can send you some of my builds to prove to you that I am a good builder
what would u do if someone griefed: I dont give people a chance with this if they grief it is a 100% ban no coming back as its not fair on the over player, Once this has been done I would use what ever plugins u have and fit the greifing.
plugin exp: As I have run 3 of my own servers I know how to use them all now. and ones I dont no I can learn very fast.
extra notes: Well I am a hard working and love working for overs, I get a kick out of helping people

why i should be admin/mod: I feel I should be mod as I am a very active player and would enforce the rules and stop griefers
exp: I have been moderator on a few servers and an admin on another
are u good at building: I am good at building if i am given a task i will complete it fast, I prefer to get resources for someone else but can build when needed
what would u do if someone griefed: I would first of all take both sides of the story in case the situation isn't what it seems then I will work out a solution which could be a ban and then help the ones that were griefed to rebuild
plugin exp: I have had experience in using a variety of plugins but not so much in how to install them, but command wise, I know a lot.
extra notes: Please let me be mod and I will not let you down. also I am from the UK.
