I recently installed the CoreProtect plugin, and a friend of mine accidentally spawned 50 creepers, that exploded some of the spawn.. How can i rollback creepers?

Tru tone at the place that the Ka boom hapend and try the command again with the actual tile 30h for example.
What you need to do is this:
/co rollback u:#creeper t:1024h r:100
Now once you do that the creepers will respawn, so make sure you are in Creative AND there is no one else near the area, then do
/killall creeper
Problem solved.
If the creepers blow up after respawning, get a command block (/item 137 1 if using Essentials) and hook it up to a redstone clock running the /killall creeper command, then do the rollback.

Perhaps you should remove that command from this person as its kinda hard to spawn creepers without meaning to.
