If you're strongly desirous of avoiding using a third party host (as mentioned below), you may be able to prune enough unneeded chunks (e.g. the periphery around those in which you built) using a utility such as mca selector to drop the file size below the limit.
One could do this sort of pruning by hand in the region files, but this would be a painfully tedious undertaking.

It seems like when I always break blocks the filesize goes up, maybe it has something to do with the fact I use worldedit but yknow.

you can just upload it to sites like mediafire that have much larger size limits then link to it from PMC
