Yea, I Run My PVP Server On 25565 And My Build Server As 30000, As Long As You Setup Your Port Forwards And Setting In Properties File On The Server, You Can.

No you can't because how would they connect to one server with the excact same ip?

or maybe yes because it uses ur computer's outgoint IP and the one people will use to connect; but maybe you can't cuz they may not connect to the right one

But you CAN have to different worlds on one server; like a creative and survival world

Yes, by using Multiverse, you could pretty much have 2 servers on the same IP.
