Yes, by using Multiverse, you could pretty much have 2 servers on the same IP.

or maybe yes because it uses ur computer's outgoint IP and the one people will use to connect; but maybe you can't cuz they may not connect to the right one

Yes you can have 2 servers running on the same IP but they would each have to have a different port that's what I do for my 2 servers and it works fine. Also the default port is 25565 and that is the port that you would be connected to if you don't specify port EX. Server 1's IP would be 123.456.1.1 with default port 25565 but Server 2's IP would be 123.456.1.1 also but you would have to put the port at the end EX. 123.456.1.1:25566 in order to connect to the other server.

Yea, I Run My PVP Server On 25565 And My Build Server As 30000, As Long As You Setup Your Port Forwards And Setting In Properties File On The Server, You Can.
