Stuck On Initializing Mods Phase 1

I wanted to run a modpack. When I loaded Minecraft, it just got stuck on initializing mods phase 1. Stuck on 2/7.
Playing on forge version : forge-1.7.10-10.13-4.1558-1.7.10-installer.jar
