Texture Packs Wont Work
I just Download A pack then Put it in the resourcepack Folder Then Start up minecraft go to resource packs and its not there.

Minecraft can use folders for resource packs. Here are a few things to look for:
-does the pack have a .mcmeta inside it?
-when you open the resource pack is there another folder named the resource pack title?
if so then take the folder from the inside and use that as the resource pack.

Minecraft only recognizes .zip archives 7z, TAR, RAR and others files extensions don´t work
With win rar Yes At least i think so but not with archive
I mean Its almost any pack I tried a few from 2014 such as scp but that didn't work.
