There a way to sell permissions with a sign?
Just wanted to know if anyone knew of a plugin that would allow you to
sell a permission on a sign. Like you would gold on anything else.

You can use Command Signs for this.
Just assign the command for adding a permission for your permissions plugin to a sign.
For example, if you were to use bPermissions, it would be:
The "^" after the slash runs the command as if the player clicking the sign were OP.
To make them pay for the permission, you can do a similar thing, depending on your economy plugin.
For essentials' economy, you would bind /^eco take <name> [amount] to the sign.
