So when I open up .minecraft, then bin, and try to downgrade back to 1.4.7, it says there are no previous versions available. I have had previous versions of Minecraft, but it doesn't list them. Is there a way to download 1.4.7 again or something?

You can get all of the previous minecraft.jar files directly from mojangs website. Whenever they post a pre-release it is exactly the same as the regular release. Its just so people can get their servers ready and update texture packs before the official release.
Here it is: http://mojang.com/2012/12/minecraft-1-4-7-pre-release/
Honestly... if you are having problems with 1.5 just install the 1.5.1 pre-release it fixes the hordes of bugs that were in 1.5. I heard that 1.5.1 is even compatible with 1.5 servers.

Don't go to the bin. Go to roaming, right click .minecraft, and use the .minecraft's previous versions
I have downloaded MCNostalgia and every thing, but when I try to downgrade, it says I don't have the files I need in my Minecraft bin folder. It said to delete it, and I did delete it but the same thing still popped up.
Why do you want to downgrade? Also, just backup jars in the future. Don't use Spout.Use MCNostalgia for downgrading.
