Well basically when i opened up Minecraft today i noticed, hey there is an update. So the first thing i do is go to play multiplayer, and i click join server. And i keep getting disconnected. It keeps disconnecting me from every server i join. Even if i start up my own server it doesn't work.
And i get the message:
Connection Lost
Internal Exception: java.net.Socketexception: Connection Reset
Any idea on a fix?

When i had that problem it was because i had the wrong version of mc. did you update your server to 1.2? or did you just download 1.2?

Derp the server has to be for 1.2.2 it may be for 1.1.0 :3
It wouldn't give you a java error if the server was still 1.1, it should just say "Outdated server!"
Asked owner if server was updated yet on one server.

My server is updated to the correct version, my minecraft is updated to the correct version, the server owner says his minecraft server is updated, the 2 other server owners said the same thing.

Maybe they have mods installed you don't have?
Well the only mods that i use are Modloader and Optifine, but im still waiting for them to be updated.
C'mon isnt there some solution? I would really like to start playing Multiplayer.
I just force updated my Minecraft Yet again, and its been about 16 hrs, but still cant get in.
