What mod show the upper left window with the block information? Can't turn it off

Probably comes with an essential mod that helps you with the information.
As CrimsonFluff said, The One Probe shows on-screen information about whatever block or entity you're directly looking at if you have it crafted or are in creative mode. There should be an item that spawns with you if you have the mod installed that acts a bit as a configuration option to turn it on or off.
