Where are cobwebs in a resource pack folder?

I want to replace the cobweb texture in a resource pack with one from another pack, but I can't find the texture I've looked in all the folders under textures (like blocks,misc..)

It's located in the "blocks" folder and is found under the name of "web", not cobweb.
^ that's not how they work anymore....
It might be that the existing resource pack didn't change the textures, and therefore doesn't have a cobweb.png....
Maybe try going to %appdata%>.minecraft>versions>...., right click a .jar and open it with an archive opener. There you will find a similar file structure like one in a texture pack. You will have to find the cobweb.png and put it in a folder in your resource pack, the same way it's structured in the .jar
