i want to create a fabric server but when i try to launch the server i get this error message. can anyone help me?

Is your launcher using java 17 , ( I did some research and found a user who has the same problem ) ? Here what I also found at that thread :
Install Java 17: https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/jdk17-archive-downloads.html
In your Launcher, edit your profile and change the Java path to the new version
