Odd flans mod bug

The Problem I am facing is that Flans mod guns/ Vehicles are not showing in the creative inventory in my server.
The content packs are installed properly and do work as shown here:
However, They do not show up in the Creative inventory
As you could see, the vehicle and gun item textures do show up on the top, but they don't actually show up in the inventory. (And no, they aren't invisible, there is nothing there.)
Edit: Added Custom NPCs and same thing is happening

Flans mod is laggy. When I had it, it crashed all the time. First time only guns and armour worked, then even guns crashed.
