Dimensions Problem

So right now I was trying to get a file of my skin but it turned it to a 128 x 128 instead of a 64 x 64 does anyone know what's wrong?

it is probably a bedrock edition HD skin, if you have an image edor on you computer you can just resize it to 64x64
