Help with error on site

Whenever i try to edit one of modifications i get error that happens during loading the page and it just gives me a reference number with messange:
"An error occurred while generating this page, The page has continued generating, but please be aware that data shown here may be incorrect, outdated or missing."
i tried refreshing the page what can i do to solve the issue? or is it a server problem?

I've never seen that before. If you think it's a glitch, maybe you should open a ticket.
