Problem with map
last week i started remodeling map- https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/stadium-wks-lsk-wrocaw/ but now i want to publish it here i add many things and because map is old and outdated, I had to change a few things and i will add more things soon but now when i want it publish i want permission from creator but he is inactive last time he was active in 2012 i send him message but no response and now i dont know what to do now

Since he isnt active anymore and cant respond it means you dont have permission so you cannot post it.
thanks for responding but will it be a problem if i upload only photos of remodel with link to original without file to download it
Its still sharing their build without permission, even without the download.
