Hey, i need ideas for more Datapacks! also, no OP stuff (i.e Minecraft, but Chickens are OP). really small ideas will be amalgamated into 1 Datapack.

A crafting table that explodes when you use it.
What about a barrel of flowers? Like, you can put 9 one block tall flowers or 4 two block tall flowers in a grid to "compact" them. The block to place down would be an aesthetic, non-functioning barrel with flowers sticking out the top. I imagine it would be like the composter model, retextured to be like the barrel, and the one block tall flowers sticking out the top (3x3) on top of a podzol texture (like a semi filled composter). The two tall flowers would be 2x2 inside the barrel, sitting further down to keep the same (visual) height for the new block. The actual height would remain 1 block tall since you can walk through flowers.
Alternatively, the recipe could simply be a composter/barrel recipe with a flower in the middle of your choice.

it's your choice... but I recommend an axolotl or a pig because 1. i absolutely LOVE axolotls (and so do a lot of people) and 2. pigs are cool.
why not create a mob statue block

even if it didn't (which it sort of does sort of isn't) i wouldn't be ready to make something that big of a project. i like how you are a "Expert uwu", i was making a datapack that adds uwu block creatures (for some reason)
This datapack request is extremely easy. So basically, axolotls have only 4 variants right? It'd be really amazing if you could create a datapack with over 30+ new axolotl variants. Don't worry! I have the textures ready if you ever want to make this simple datapack. I'd also love it if you could make the axolotls have their own bucket textures (I have all the textures for this too)

I wouldnt call this extremely easy without it requiring optifine, and mod requirements on datapacks suck
A datapack is not really the kind of thing to do that. an optifine texture pack or something would be ideal.
How about being able to block projectiles (i.e arrows) with swords like in the old console versions?

hmm, could you make a datapack for tridents? they're really underrated imo. Maybe like new enchants, or like fire tridents, etc.
