Do you have any progress on this editing tool? Is this like WorldEdit or MCEdit? I'm thinking it's mostly the former since this is a data pack for Minecraft, but if it's the latter, I know that there's a successor to MCEdit called Amulet, but it's still very much in the WIP phase of things and lacks a GUI. Perhaps you could team up with them.
